5-Minute Miso Soup with Dulse (sea vegetable)

Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes                       miso soup with dulse
Ingredients:

  • 1 cups boiling water
  • 1 TBS miso
  • 1/4 cup sliced dulse seaweed
  • 2 TBS minced scallion
  • 1 TBS grated ginger
  • Optional
  • 2 TBS diced tofu

Directions:

  1. Add miso, ginger, and dulse to 1 cup of boiling water.
